This is a Ramsey Burger Deluxe. I had mine medium rare. This is a classic burger on a toasted hard roll with melted cheddar on the bread. They toast the hard roll in the broiler so the cheese is melted and the edges of the roll are crisp and crunchy. Sautéed or fried onions and mushrooms and bacon make this burger sooo good. This is my favorite burger in the world. Be careful because this is so juicy you really have to eat it over the plate.
