Part of my job as the “Web Guy” at Tiffany Diner is taking food photos. I usually get finished and plated items but sometimes I catch an entree in progress. It’s a blast hanging out with Harry in the kitchen partly because I’m a cook too. He can tell me what ingredients he’s using and anything special that he uses to add a little kick to the recipe. After all these decades in the kitchen… Harry’s the Master in there and it’s always a pleasure watching him and his crew work. This is an artistic rendition of a flambe… the flames were up to about 3 feet on this one. Cheers -
