Grilled perfectly and not too greasy. I can’t look at a grilled ham and cheese sandwich that looks this good without having my mouth start watering. There’s something about it probably dating back to when mom used to make these at home for us in a frying pan. The key is fresh and top quality ingredients, then the temperature of the grill. You can’t flip these too quickly or they won’t be golden brown. Flip too late and they’re burnt. The grilled ham and cheese is also one of those classic sandwiches that always goes with fries and the home made coleslaw is a perfect compliment. Enjoy !
