This picture looks like it could be on a postcard… I made a version of this with PhotoShop that looks even better but this is the one that is not retouched.

Another hand held night shot taken with the Nikon D-60.

The original configuration had a floor to ceiling refrigerated cake and pie case that was right in the middle of the diner between the 2 main rooms. The new pie case is a lot smaller and it’s at the counter.

This room is for reserved parties but during times that the diner is busy this room is always used for regular customers.

The grill is not even hot and the first customer is here… me !!!

Here is another shot I took on that hot summer weekday night when the diner was just opening at 4:30 AM or so. It had just rained and everything looked great.
