No wonder Tiffany Diner is my favorite Bergen County Restaurant. My 11 year old son ordered this and his eyes popped out when he saw the plate. I had as great a time with his order as he had. The roast beef was made on site and moist in the sandwich. The mozzarella was an outstanding compliment. I might ask for Swiss next time for a change of pace. That’s one of the best parts of going to a NJ Diner. You can always have it made exactly the way you want it, more or less as it goes. They curly fries are a treat and they of course work well with the beef.
