Being close enough to smell the spices and perfect mixture of 3 types of cracked peppercorns and garlic and a half dozen additional spices was inspiring. And it was making my mouth water. I got to sample a piece of this later and it was succulent, juicy, and full of flavor. I’m ordering this next time I’m at the Tiffany Diner. Harry is one of the best cooks I’ve ever seen… and this is including almost every episode of food channel shows since the beginning.
